A Little Bit of Everything


Here i will share as it says a little bit of everything from my family to dieting and from the weather to travelling :)


Today i just heard of a really good (appearantly!) diet, which worked on my friends, so i thought im gonna share it, in case someone havent heard of it. Ohh, and of course im gonna give it a go! and will let everyone know how is it going :) Hopefully wil work, as i need to drop a few dress sizes...yeah, well, baking and a few other factors gave me a bit of an extra to work on

Anyway, so about this 90 DAY DIET !!!

The diet is said to have been developed by an American sport doctors. There are no side effects and the diet guarantees a 15-20 kilogram weight loss (for the overweight), as well as a reduction in high blood pressure.
In addition to weight reduction, the diet changes the metabolism ensuring that the lost kilos do not return. If you wish to lose less weight, you can stop the diet earlier, but you will not get the same metabolic change.
The essence of the diet is differentiation.

The essence of the diet is differentiation, which means that the stomach only receives one type of food at a time which can then easily digest. It is important to keep the order of the days.
The diet begins with the protein day, followed by the starch, carbohydrates and fruit days.
These are then repeated, always beginning with the protein day, for 90 days. Once a month it is necessary to have a water only day, after the fruit day and before the protein day. You can drink as much tea and coffee without sugar as you wish.Drink a lot of water!

Breakfast is the same every day: fruit or 100% fruit juice. You can eat fruit all through the morning untill one hour before lunch.


1. PROTEIN DAY

Lunch: Boiled or roast meat, fish, eggs, cheese, and yoghurt or cottage cheese (maximum 200 gr). This can be accompanied by any amount of fresh salad. You can have one slice of bread, although the diet will be better without it. After lunch have 200 ml of soup without any noodles.
Milk and cheese can only be taken on this day.2. Starch Day
Dinner: Same as lunch, without the soup and in smaller quantities
 
 
2. STARCH DAY

Lunch: Any kind of boiled or roast vegetables (beans, peas, green beans, corn, lentils, carrots, potatoes, etc). Rice can be eaten as it is also a starch, and you can have seasonings, salt, ketchup and cooked tomatoes. These can be accompanied by any amount of fresh salad, as well as one slice of bread, although the diet will be better without it.
Dinner: Any kind of boiled, braised or roast vegetables, and salad - in other words the same as lunch, but in smaller quantities.
 

3. CARBOHYDRATE DAY
 
Lunch: Boiled pasta or pizza, or any kind of savoury pastries of the same amount as a pizza - for flavouring you can have tomato sauce or a small helping of vegetables (no cheese!) - , or 2 small slices of cake or sweet bread, or even 3 scoops of ice-cream and 1 piece of dark chocolate.
Dinner: Same as lunch in smaller amounts.


4. FRUIT DAY


Lunch: Limitless amount of any type of fruit or/and 100% fruit juice.
Dinner: As above.

Hey everyone,
Well, i havent been online for a while and apologies for that... just a quick note letting everyone know that this diet is great! I lost 9 kg without an effort, and im done with the diet for 2 months now, and i keep the same weight...so its awesome!
